Solutions has been working with Emerson for over 18 months now and have proven to be excellent with advice, venue recommendations and their overall ’hands on’ approach.

Our main international conference is held over two weeks with approximately 200 people in the venue each week. On both weeks our employees come from around the world and therefore, always making it logistically challenging! Sue researched several different locations, advising us of logistics, recommending destinations and also several reasons why they thought it would be the best. Once we had short listed our venue for the 2005 conference, Sue organised and accompanied an Emerson colleague to insure that the venue was suitable for our requirements. Due to a transitional period of my predecessor leaving, this meant important information was retained with Sue supported us throughout the conference, coming up with ideas and ordering theming, checking and cross checking rooming lists on a daily basis, organising transfers, chasing money, checking through bills and chasing accounts after the conference too Solutions provided an extension to the Emerson team which worked extremely well.
