Once we have helped to find the venue, what then?
What about viewing the venue? We can arrange a site visit for you and also accompany you if you wish – as conference organisers with many years experience, we can offer objective and non-biased views.
We can help as conference organisers prior to the event too, liaising with the venue on your behalf. Rooming lists, agendas, alterations - we can help with all of this. In the event of cancellations or non-arrivals, we are happy to negotiate with the venue on your behalf to try and limit any charges that may occur.
Also after the event – we can check the venue invoice for you and make sure that all charges are as they should be.
We will always ask for feedback and relay this back to the venues – it is important that our client conference organisers feel they have our support and are happy with our service
We can also be there to event manage. This can be just for registration when everyone arrives, through to the full duration of the event. We know just how busy it can be for any event manager and can alleviate a lot of the stress – check that the conference room is set-up and ready – check that bedrooms are allocated correctly - that the coffee is ready on time – make sure delegates have their packs and information – in fact, a full event management package.
